Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice (Or leftover cooked rice)
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Carrot
  • 4-5 Chopped French Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 Teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon White Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or a pan.

  2. Add chopped garlic and green chili. Saute, on a low flame, for a few seconds.

  3. Add chopped capsicum,carrot and french beans. Saute, on a high flame, for 2-4 minutes.

  4. Now add salt, schezwan sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for a minute.

  5. Add rice and vinegar. Mix nicely.

  6. Cook, on a low flame, for 1-2 minutes. 

  7. Serve hot!
