
Prepare restaurant style schezwan veg fried rice at home!
Heat oil in a wok or a pan.
Add chopped garlic and green chili. Saute, on a low flame, for a few seconds.
Add chopped capsicum,carrot and french beans. Saute, on a high flame, for 2-4 minutes.
Now add salt, schezwan sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add rice and vinegar. Mix nicely.
Cook, on a low flame, for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot!
