
Preheat the oven at 180 C / 350 F. Grease a cake tin.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Just add powdered sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix properly with a spoon. Keep aside.
Add powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture. You don’t have to add the entire amount of powdered sugar (and cinnamon ) all at once. Add some amount of it. Beat it. Again add a small amount of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Beat. Repeat this process.
Add milk + vinegar mixture. Mix nicely. Also add vanilla essence and mix.
In a separate bowl, put a sieve. Add maida (all purpose flour), cornflour and baking powder. Sieve!
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. The cake batter is ready!
