Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Tablespoon Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 6 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 3/4 Cup Mashed Banana (You will need around 3 medium sized bananas)
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180-degree centigrade for 10 minutes. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a dry mixing bowl, add oil and sugar. Mix till sugar properly dissolves in oil.

  3. Add yogurt and vanilla essence. Mix well.

  4. Now add mashed bananas. Mix nicely for 1-2 minutes using a hand whisk or a hand mixer.

  5. Put a sieve on the mixing bowl. Add whole wheat flour (atta), baking powder and baking soda. Sieve properly.

  6. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients with the help of a silicone spatula. Don't over mix. Just till everything is incorporated.

  7. Add milk and mix till you get a uniform muffin batter.

  8. Fill the muffin tin with the muffin batter.

  9. Bake at 180 C / 350 F for 15-20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
