Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Boiled Rice
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 4-5 chopped French beans
  • 1/2 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon green chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a wok or a deep pan. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil. Heat it.
  2. On a low flame, add garlic and green chili. Saute. And cook for a few seconds.
  3. Now add capsicum, french beans and carrot. Saute and cook, on a low flame, for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. 
  4. Now add soya sauce, green chili sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add boiled rice and ajinomoto. Mix nicely. 
  6. Add boiled rice and ajinomoto. Mix nicely. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

  7. Yummy Chinese Veg Fried Rice is ready!
