Ingredients

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon very finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 Tablespoon very finely chopped tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon very finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200-degree centigrade.
  2. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, capsicum, tomato, and carrot.
  3. Now add salt and chilli flakes (If you don't have chili flakes, you can add red pepper powder or black pepper powder)
  4. Mix this properly.
  5. Take a bread slice. Spread this mixture nicely on it.
  6. Put a cheese slice on the top.

  7. Cover it with the second bread slice and press it a little bit. 
  8. Now grill the sandwich. Grill it for 5 minutes at 200 degree centigrade on one side. Then turn it and again grill it for 5 minutes at 200 degree centigrade. OR cook it on a tawa / pan on the stove. Heat the pan. On a low flame, cook the sandwich for 2 minutes. Flip it and again cook it for 2 minutes.

  9. Your cheese veg sandwich is ready.
