Cinnamon Banana Bread | Banana Cinnamon Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Maida All - Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 Cup of diced bananas We will puree it later
  • 1/2 cup sugar Powdered
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 C / 350 F.

  2. Puree one cup of diced bananas.

  3. Sieve flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and baking soda. Keep this aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, add oil. Add sugar. Whisk it till the sugar melts.
  5. Add yogurt. Whisk it properly.

  6. Now add the pureed bananas. And mix nicely.
  7. Add the dry ingredients to this wet mixture.
  8. Pour this mixture into the cake tin.
  9. Bake it at 180 C / 350 F for 30-35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.

  10. Your tasty banana cinnamon cake is ready.
