Hi! I am Sakshi Bhatia, the person behind delightedbaking.com.

Baking, started as a hobby but it soon became my passion. I love baking & enjoy it a lot. Trying out new recipes, experimenting with the various ingredients & techniques, decorating cakes etc describe my baking experiments.

This blog is an extension of my passion for baking. I started this blog in December, 2016 to share my baking experiments and experiences with all of you, around the world. Since then, I have learned a lot about blogging, food photography and recipe development.

Besides baking, I like cooking simple comfort food recipes of desserts, snacks and easy one pot meals.

Currently, I have divided the blog into six main categories – Eggless Baking, Kid’s Favorite recipes, Snacks & Appetizers, Drinks/Beverages and Desserts.

My aim behind this blog is to share easy yet innovative baking recipes + simple comfort food recipes (Desserts, snacks, smoothies, pastas & pizzas).

This blog has received an immense amount of love and support in such a short period of time. And I am thankful to all my readers for their constant love and support. I would continue to share tried and tested recipes from my kitchen on this blog. Thank You!
