How to make eggless banana muffins?
STEP 1.
Firstly, we will beat oil and sugar together. So, in a clean dry bowl, add oil and sugar. Mix for 1-2 minutes using a hand whisk or a hand mixer.

STEP 2.
Now add yogurt. Mix well

STEP 3.
Add vanilla essence and mix nicely.
STEP 4.
Add mashed bananas. You can also roughly chop the bananas and puree them using a blender.

STEP 5.
Put a sieve on the mixing bowl. Add whole wheat flour (atta) , baki ng powder and baking soda. Sieve. Mix with the help of a spatula.

STEP 6.
Add milk. And mix well. Eggless Banana muffin batter is ready.

STEP 7.
Put muffin paper liners in a muffin tin.

STEP 8.
Add muffin batter. Add only till 3/4th part of the muffin tin.

STEP 9.
Bake these muffins at 180 C / 350 F for 15-20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the cake tin comes out clean.

Eggless Banana Muffins with Yogurt


- 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoon Yogurt (Dahi)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
- 6 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 Cup Mashed Banana (You will need around 3 medium sized bananas)
- 2 Tablespoons Milk

Preheat the oven at 180-degree centigrade for 10 minutes. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a dry mixing bowl, add oil and sugar. Mix till sugar properly dissolves in oil.

Add yogurt and vanilla essence. Mix well.

Now add mashed bananas. Mix nicely for 1-2 minutes using a hand whisk or a hand mixer.

Put a sieve on the mixing bowl. Add whole wheat flour (atta), baking powder and baking soda. Sieve properly.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients with the help of a silicone spatula. Don't over mix. Just till everything is incorporated.

Add milk and mix till you get a uniform muffin batter.

Fill the muffin tin with the muffin batter.

Bake at 180 C / 350 F for 15-20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
