Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake / Eggless Atta Chocolate Cake – Now eat chocolate cake without worrying about unhealthy ingredients. A healthy version of the most loved cake!

One of the most loved cake all around the world is chocolate cake. Be it a birthday party or an anniversary party; a large number of people prefer a chocolate cake.

Whole wheat chocolate cake - A healthier version of the most loved cake all around the world : Chocolate Cake
- 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Preheat the oven at 180 C / 350 F. Grease a 6 inch cake tin.

In a small bowl, add milk and vinegar. Mix. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, add oil and sugar. Mix for 1-2 minutes.

Now add the milk mixture. Mix nicely.

Add vanilla essence and mix.

Keep a sieve on top of the bowl. Add atta (Whole wheat flour), cocoa powder and baking powder.

Using a spatula or a hand whisk, mix nicely. Don't over mix the batter.

If the batter is too thick, add around 2-3 tablespoons of milk.

Add the cake batter into the cake tin.

Bake at 180 C/ 350 F for 30-35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake tin comes out clean.

I guess you can. The measurement will be the same.
